Smoother butter...

Bimbi at work :)

So Russell has been wanting to find ways of having smoother butter that is easier to spread. I wish he would just do without it altogether but nooooo he just couldn't do that.

Anyway as it has to be failsafe as well he has found the receipe that is the easiest and the quickest way to make that is in our Bimbi off course :) The Thermomix comes sooooo in handy.

Butter and Canola Oil at the right consistency and there you have it :) It is really easy to do and keeps well in the fridge off course. :)

    I use rice bran oil and a stick of homebrand butter. It's a ratio of 2:1. Beat with electric beaters until it's smooth. It spreads well :)
