At the Gym...

Our local headspace has been running a fantastic sports program, for young people, that my youngest has been attending... Every four to five weeks, the type of sport is changed...

Currently, they are going to the Gym. My youngest has a trainer and there's a program that he follows... He's loving it :) He's also been egging his trainer along too! Love to see him improve more and more each week and getting more and more confident :)
