All I had to do was cut the SCOBYS into small pieces, cover in sugar and boil on the stove for 15 minutes.
Have now put all the pieces into the dehydrator and ended up with four trays full. Hopefully, they'll be done in the morning, as the boys are really wanting to try them.
Might even take some to work and see how others like it too :)
