Earlier this year I made pear Schnapps for the first time ever... In Austria, farmers can hire a schnapps/wine making machine off the government... It's a farmer thing. They all make their own Schnapps.
Anyway, as we live out here I thought I'd give it a try. Found a receipe online and did it. Decanted and bottled...
I think they like the plum jam also ;)
