I give most of mine away. I also freeze mine when I have the room in the freezer. Just take out of shells in twos and into sandwich bags, freeze in muffin trays so they don't spill. After having them in freezer overnight I take them out and put into a shopping bag in my deep freezer. You can't use those eggs, once thawed overnight in the fridge, for sponges but everything they're wonderful to use for :) HTH

Yep, it's that time of year. We're the same 8 doz in the fridge, some on the bench, more to come today. What do you do with all yours?
