Beef Jerky...

Tim brought home 2.7kg of silverside earlier this week. Half was made into corned meat... The other half was made into Beef Jerky...

Needless to say... There's not much left. He's so generous in his sharing :)

Yummy...

  2. Hey Adam :)

    Tim chose to use Worcestershire sauce only this time. He marinated the meat overnight. He found the smell great and actually while the meat was in the dehydrator it did smell very nice. Loved the taste :) He said at the time that he would try some recipes next time :)
