Make some more for Tim a couple of weeks ago... Needless to say he started picking at it when it wasn’t even don’t in the dehydrator... Love that he loves something that is so good for him :)

I make my own Kombucha and drink it everyday but have never heard of making candy from it. Do you use the Scooby to make the candy?

ReplyDeleteI certainly do use the SCOBY. I let it get really thick and then cut that up with a lettuce knife :)
