My haul from yesterday... not impressive at all...Now I don't mean to sound harsh. I don't ask for allot from my girls. I love to watch them with their antics and love to throw them scraps. We are down to two mature roosters. One normal size, Bruce and the other is a bantam, Lion. The rest are girls or immature males yet to crow...
So in total I think there are about 38 hens or so. So what the heck is happening to my eggs??? I only got one egg yesterday. Three today and most days over the last week or so... I am sooo not impressed I must say... I have looked around to see if they are stashing them somewhere else but alas can't find any...
I will have to be careful with my stash of 4 doz I think... This is not looking good... They are going into moult again but most combs are bright red so there should be something coming out the other end... Will see what happens. Might keep a count diary for now...
