Next step to yoghurt...

Last night, the 24 hours were up. The starter was done. Very stringy consistency as it was supposed to be. Smelt awesome :)

We are now at the stage where we made up two seperate batches and placed them back on top of the fridge. The rest of the starter is in the fridge...

Can't wait for it to thicken up and for it to be consumed :)
