Improvising...

A friend and I made Icecream in Bimby the other day... We had a couple of goes but still forgot a few things. I then forgot to put it into the Thermomix one last time before it set! Yikes... 

So, what to do with a bowl of coffee icecream... Ended up letting it go soft just a little, added milk and a couple of bananas. Whizzed it in Bimby and I had the biggest coffee thickshake ever!!!

Took me all afternoon to drink and I doubt I'll sleep tonight... But very yummy!!!

Now must make another one to replace it...
