Milkshakes...

Gotta love taking a couple of overripe bananas and making a yummy milkshake... I love my Thermomix. Makes it ever so easy...

Soft butter...

I love taking a rock hard chunk of pure butter and turning it into soft butter...

All you need is a bit of oil, water and the butter... And a Thermomix... Hehe

One minute later and you have a heap of soft butter. So good... So much cheaper...

Improvising...

A friend and I made Icecream in Bimby the other day... We had a couple of goes but still forgot a few things. I then forgot to put it into the Thermomix one last time before it set! Yikes... 

So, what to do with a bowl of coffee icecream... Ended up letting it go soft just a little, added milk and a couple of bananas. Whizzed it in Bimby and I had the biggest coffee thickshake ever!!!

Took me all afternoon to drink and I doubt I'll sleep tonight... But very yummy!!!

Now must make another one to replace it...

Made stock today and all it took was 20 minutes... Love the Thermomix!!!

A helping hand...

When my Mum got her Thermomix recently, she told her demonstration lady that she didn't look forward to all the cleaning and having to take everything apart...

Here was the demonstration lady's answer... A specific brush for Thermomixes that gets right under the blades and stops the need for taking everything apart...

I'm in heaven!

From sour dough crusts to crumbs...

Nothing gets wasted at my house... Had sour dough crusts get a little too dry on the weekend. Put them into my lovely Thermomix! 30 seconds later... Lovely crumbs that I can use next time I make Rissoles or Chicken Schnitzels :)
