Mummies at the Museum...

My baby sister and I went to Brisbane and enjoyed a day out in the city. We went to the Queensland Museum and saw some Egyptian mummies from the British Museum alongside allot of artifacts. We even took the train in which I had not been on in over 11yrs. That was surreal...

Afterwards, we wandered around Southbank and ended up in Max Brenner, as you do, for a Chocolate fix... That was just Divine!!!

Was such a lovely day out with Lis... I definitely slept well that night!

The Great Moscow Circus...

It was in a large town near here so the three boys went. I was working so couldn't go. A brilliant time was had. So worth the money :)

Both Tim and Josh were really impressed at the people's flexibility and the acrobats' performances... Still raving about it ;)

Went there with the three boys and a friend and her extended family...

There were nine of us in total. The five kids and two adults had fun. Russell and I didn't go on the bouncing equipment but happily watched and took photos...

Queensland Symphony Orchestra...

The complete orchestra came to The Empire Theatre, Toowoomba...

We booked our seats months ago. We were in the third row towards the middle. Probably a little low so we couldn't see every instrument but boy could we close our eyes and hear them...

It was a tremendous experience for the boys. The evening was full of Movie Masterpieces... Russell's favourite and an early Father's Day gift from us to him.

It was wonderful. I hadn't been in many years. Found out Swan Lake is coming in October... The Russian Ballet... May need to go!

We ended our night out with ice cream from Baskin Robins... Yum...

What a wonderful way to spend a Friday night together... So blessed...

Kloud9 Fun times...

Josh has been before so knew what to expect. You book in by the hour but don't last that long...

Tim said he was sooooo sure he'd be ok for the hour. 5mins in and he was exhausted! Fun, fun, fun...

Oops, Tim...

Couple of weeks ago, Tim and his carer went to Tooloom Falls. The camping side was great and Tim had allot of fun clearing debre, so the water could run more evenly...

He also found a little watering hole that ended up middle of his upper legs deep. Drowned his shoes but Tim was very glad he had taken his wolf jacket off and it stayed dry. Everything else was soaked... Have everyone a giggle... Shoes are all dry and fine now and Tim is none worse for wear, thank goodness :)

Love it that he has the opportunities to see some of our beautiful country... We are so blessed in Australia...

Rollerblading...

Tim was straight onto the rink. Our visitor was a little more reserved as he hadn't done it in a while. Josh hung on for dear life at the beginning but got really confident quickly!

Considering it's the summer holidays, I was surprised that there were only about 15 people on the rink. And 4 of them were staff...

Was a great afternoon out, even if they did end up smelly ;) Boy, I'm glad for our shower... And deodorant ;)

Too much...

The boys went to Youthgroup one last time for the year... They attended a Christmas party! I attended to dinner at mussels. Love that restaurant :)

Took leftovers home for Timothy who is always hungry :)

Christmas early...

Last year technology items where given... This year we are donating to the Fred Hollows Foundation for 4 people to get their sight. We also decided that we would get season passes to three local theme parks again... Movieworld, Seaworld and Wet 'n' Wild! 

We got the season passes early as recently you could get three and the forth was free. Great opportunity to use our passes while it's the season for it :)

Wet 'n' Wild got a workout last Saturday... Even though it was jam packed with people, we scored a table and four chairs easily right in the middle. Was funny... Like it was reserved just for us and invisible to everyone else ;) Thank you Lord!

All I wanted to see...

When going to Seaworld, I really wanted to see three things... See the Polar bears, penguins and sharks... All were great, except the polar bears... They were asleep... Last time I saw them was 15 odd years ago and they were very lively then :(

Oh well, I got a picture of a hairy leg... The others were fantastic to see :)

Seaworld... So much fun...

Yesterday, with Margaret and her boys, we all went to Seaworld :)

Had a great time. Margaret has decided to never go anywhere without us again... Last time she went she was bored. Hehe, she never saw much. Yesterday, was packed full of seeing stuff!

The boys had a ball! Can't wait for the next outing!
