A little change...

The side table I got for Mother's Day was to be used outside, while in the hammock... I changed my mind.

It's now inside near the sofa bed, with a plant on it. It fits perfectly into the corner there... I got its baby brother instead for outside. There is another size in between but the shop had sold out of them. Love the baby one all the same :)

Curiouser and curiouser...

So here I am getting the mail... Oh, a package from the US for me? Didn't recognise the name of the sender either... A paperback it said in the description...

I open the package and it's a copy of the book I got just a few weeks ago from a lady of our local craft group! 

What? Who? How? I hope this is not the end of the story... I wonder who Penny is? Penny, if you're out there, Thank you so much for my lovely gift :)

What a massive Water Kefir grain...

Just one of the many that I get this size these days... Just amazing, compared to the size I originally started out with.

Am giving some to a friend this week too as I just have too much and love to share :)

Leaves, leaves and more leaves...

As we walked to the cinema this morning, we came across an alley where a heap of autumn leaves had blown together...

Hubby was telling off the boys for running through them... I had not heard... I dragged my slippers through that pile like you wouldn't believe! I scooped up two handful and threw them up in the air for the wind to collect them and blow them where they wanted to go :) I totally loved it...

Took me right back to Austria! Back to being a kid :)

Can you spot them???

Two magnificent eagles gliding over our neighbours trees this morning... Round and round they went, no flapping of wings... Just gliding... The sun reflecting off the tips of their wings...

Out and about...

With our season passes we aimed at Movieworld yesterday. We went on one ride and then we high tailed out of there... It was pouring rain and there was not much shelter.

So we went two doors up to Wet n Wild. Boys had a ball! Hubby and I sat and talked under cover while the boys played in the rain, hehe... Hot showers at the end are always good. The other good thing was that there was hardly anyone there so no lines to wait in and plenty of seats to choose from :)

Went for a bit of shopping on the way home. Had a great family day out...

Happy Mother's Day...

Today is that day... Myself, I celebrate Mother's Day every day... I feel very blessed to have my two boys. For a long time I never thought I would be a mother and then to be blessed with two... Yes, very blessed...

I hope all you Mums out there enjoy your day :) I know I will :)
