From July this year, our electricity bill has gone up even more than previously... I'm at my wits end trying to save money. For a 90 day period we pay more than $100 just to have electricity now... Unfortunately, we can't choose which power company we can use. In the city, people have choice. Out here we don't...

A couple of years ago, we had gas cans going really cheaply. I got four packs. Guess what we are going to use for cooking for the time being...

Yep, we are using the gas cooker... Working a treat so far :) Seeing we have 16 cans, I wonder what sort of impact it will have on our stove cooking power usage? Can't wait to see at the end of the quarter...

Tim and Ice...

He loves his ice... Wants to go to the snow so badly... He will get there. For now, he's having fun playing with the ice out of the tucker box that he and Russell just defrosted!

Josh was helping Russell with the gravel on the driveway this morning and found this little fellow. Was so quirmy but held still long enough for me to take his picture. How kind hehe...

I made the batter and Josh made them. He flipped them like a pro! They boys put their music on and away we bobbed... So cool spending time together!

Used a dozen eggs as we have so many at the moment. No wonder they ended up so yellow... All that eggy goodness!

Words of Affirmation never ever go astray... I used to use a whiteboard but now I've started using our mirror... The boys have left their own mark. It has to be positive though...

Looking good so far... Love that they can't not see how wonderful they are because it's right in their face!
