PT Josh...

Since Monday, I've gotten myself a personal trainer... Josh has decided that he'd like to make me into a new woman by Christmas...

He has me doing all sorts of warm up and walking allot further than I dared in a long time.

Tuesday, a year ago, I sprained my ankle so badly the doctor said I would have been better off if it had of broken. Then it would have healed allot quicker... Certainly still not 100% yet better than it had been. It has been great to get into my trainers and walk... Feels so good. At the moment I'm still huffing allot yet that too will change with time. I'm looking forward to the challenge of discipline...

Ice skating...

For Tim's Birthday, he really wanted to go ice skating... He got his wish.

Three hours long they were both out there. Josh's feet were incredibly sore by the end of the stay there. 

That skating rink and the outfit of it hasn't changed since I used to go there for Youthgroup and for school sports... Still same wooden slats in the seats. Still just as uncomfortable as back then... Yet, a trip there can still bring so much joy. In the end it's all worth it :)

He had a great day. Still getting used to him being 19! He amazes me every day...

Josh found one last night when putting the chooks away... He thought he'd bring it inside...

Well, I took photos and then it went out again quickly. I've rarely seen them alive. Usually, we hear them. Today, they're especially loud and started just before dawn. Means it'll be warm today :)

This one was so small... Just covered the tip of Josh's finger ;)

The Great Moscow Circus...

It was in a large town near here so the three boys went. I was working so couldn't go. A brilliant time was had. So worth the money :)

Both Tim and Josh were really impressed at the people's flexibility and the acrobats' performances... Still raving about it ;)

Spoilt already...

Russell has worked at his new school for only three weeks and already he's being spoilt. The cleaner has brought in mixed arrangements of nuts and a parent brought in homemade grape jam... Absolutely amazing... So caring. So kind. So generous...

Love him being able to work in such a wonderful environment... Warms my heart...

Happy 19th Birthday, Timothy...

The day has arrived... He's in his last teen year... The time has flown for sure, overall...

The cake he wanted was a homemade ice cream cake. Took me from 10am to 5pm. So massive yet worth it. He loved it...

He's home for one night to wake up at home on his birthday and then today we go ice skating for 4 hours... We will have dinner out to celebrate and the drop him back to his place again...

Amazing to see just how far he's come. This week he will take the bus with a support worker for the first time. Huge, huge step. Yet once mastered he will see how much more freedom it gives him... Looking forward to seeing that realisation...

I'm so proud of you, Timothy... Love seeing you grown into such a caring young man. Well done... I am truly blessed to have you in my life... ;)
