Australorp Eggs have arrived!!!

It's my first time... First time buying eggs and having them sent in the mail. 

They were posted Tuesday and got here Thursday. Well done for coming from Victoria! The seller packed them incredibly well. Soooo impressed.

So now I have to wait... Love having them in the incubator as I haven't hatched out anything for a couple of years now... Been a while. Loving turning them gently each day...

20 days to go. Hehe

Egg concoction...

If you look closely, really closely you might see that our scrambled eggs had something hidden in them... Josh thought he'd use apple and strawberries in our dinner...

Had this slice while in Tamworth weekend before last... Was soooooo yum!!! Asked and got the receipe given to me... Got home and tried it out! A total Hit with the boys!!!

Slippers...

Up until now, my mother in law always kept our family going with regular gifts of homemade slippers...

This week that we've had her staying with us, I've learnt how to make them myself. It's getting to be a bit of a job for her, so I'm happy to take over making them for the four of us :)

First pair turned out not bad at all...
