Our lovely visitor...Last weekend, our little family had a visitor from Brisbane for Saturday night. Joshua was all excited as he loves cooking with him. They cooked up a storm for dinner that's for sure. It was yummy as well...
He came over in the afternoon on Saturday and after we made Carrot Cake together he cut up 5kg of yearling rump. YUMMMMM. We had it marinating for a good 14 hours before it was put on the BBQ on the Sunday. To say it was delicious is an absolute understatement...
We also played cards and Monopoly which the boys really enjoyed. It is always nice to have him with us as he is such a pleasure to have around. I must admit that I did get in trouble a few times for lifting things or doing stuff with my sore hand that I shouldn't have been doing. Happy to have him tell me off... Not so much fun feeling useless... Can't wait till he comes back in his holidays... :)
