Father's Day Breakfast...

Tim calls them... Bruffins!!!

You take muffin trays. Oil spray them. Cut pastry sheet into four, place pastry square into mould of tray. Place a big dollop of light sour cream in the bottom of the muffin tray. Crack an egg on top. Sprinkle generously with cut up bacon and shredded cheece. Put into 180 degree oven for 25 minutes. Came out soooooooo yummy. Making this again for sure... My thanks goes to Tim's friend Alison, who wrote out the whole receipe and instructions for Tim, in such an easy to understand way. He totally blitzed it. I reckon Russell ate very well today, by what his boys served up :)
