Chicks, Chicks and more Chicks...

Last Thursday we had 2 black Australorp chicks hatch. Another on Friday. Monday, I went to a hatchery and bought another 6 females and 6 Rhode Island Red females off Malcolm. What a lovely man. Even gave me the chicks at wholesale price ;) Those hatched last Saturday... So now we have 15 chicks. Bit more noise but not too bad in all :)

And boy, do they grow quickly... Lovely to see the boys carrying them everywhere too. Such cuties!
